We were told that Snorkel Beach is great. We tried to take the water taxi to Elbow Beach but missed it and had a 50 minute wait. So we took the public bus to Horseshoe Bay and loved it. Crowded but fun. Motion sick people would benefit from a dose of Bonine before the trip.
Beautiful Island. We took the Doubloon snorkeling trip and my husband and 7 year old enjoyed it. This boat was VERY rocky and many people were seasick. I strongly suggest Bonine if anyone has tendencies to become sick.
Very quaint and beautiful port. The walk to the first fort is uphill and was a little difficult in the heat. NOT for children. The walk to the second fort is even further. It was very pretty, we enjoyed Medalia beer on the boardwalk before returning to the ship. Very fast visit - all aboard was at 1:30pm.
