A lovely place with nice shopping malls. Some superb buildings and scenery.
Tromso: Fabulous place. Take the cable car for a breathtaking ride. Take the Funicular railway to the cliff top overlooking the city...what a view! You may have to queue to go on the cable car, but take and organised trip on a coach around the city to learn about the culture. The saila away from Tromso SOuth was the best scenery of the whole cruise.
North Cape: Just to say "I've been there" should be enough. To stand on the Northern most tip of Europe in good weather was great. The view actually isn't that inspring though and the cafe and restarant doesn't offer that much inspiration either.....however, you must go!
