Falmouth
Dunn's River Falls Rating: 4.0 out of 5+

We had an excellent and hilarious tour guide that made the experience fun. I would not recommend Dunn's Falls to anyone with small children, mobility issues or older relatives because the rocks are slippery and treacherous, even with the experienced guides. There were lots of people in the falls and lots of hustlers around trying to sell things, braid hair, etc. Jamaica, at least around Falmouth, is a very poor country, but the people are happy and quite delightful to be around.

Beach Break Rating: Not Rated

We loved the ability to snorkel around a wreck and to see the huge coral reef around the Cayman's. The time was perfect....two sessions of about 45 minutes, followed by the beach break. Most of our group are strong swimmers, so it was easy. I did think that a little more time could have been spent to explain things to beginners and warn people to not touch the coral (it destroys it). The water is very clear and beautiful. From what little we saw of the Caymans, they looked like Florida with a lot of banks!

Very nice experience

Cozumel
Beach Break Rating: Not Rated

We have been to beaches all over the world, and this is one of the most pristine. Palm trees lined the powdery sand, providing some shade. The water is exquisite...calm, clear and a surreal aqua color.

Tulum Rating: Not Rated

The ruins at Tulum date from the 12th century. It was a trek from the ship....first a ferry ride, then a bus ride of about an hour. I would have liked a little more time there to see the last city of the Mayans and learn about their culture. The setting is spectacular...overlooking the Caribbean. It is really a privilege to see one of the oldest cities in the Americas.
