Bora Bora
Snorkeling Rating: Not Rated

One of the best days of my life. The snorkelling was fantastic, the interaction with the stingrays was out of this world and the lunch was authentic polynesian and good. the tour included a full circumnavigation of the island within the lagoon. And we saw wales.

Tahiti (Papeete)
Port Rating: 4.0 out of 5+

Medium sized city port with some new and some colonial buildings. Has mulit lane freeways and peak hour traffic jams. Didn't see much of Papeete as we hired a car to drive around and self see the sights and sites.

Moorea

Very much like Bora Bora but we were greeted by young locals in (almost) native dress. Just checked out the markets and did a little snorkeling. Still a very nice day.

Wellington
Lord of the Rings Walking Tour Rating: 4.0 out of 5+

Good tour of filming sites with views of the city from a lookout. Good knowledge of the filming process/activities shown by the guides who were drawing on personal experience. Would have liked a more extensive look into the workings of the Weta Cave. Like most cruise company organised tours, perhaps a little expensive for what is delivered.
