Mexican musicians were pretty good. Lots of shops in a well developed port area.

Tender ride over was thrilling in a speedboat.

Go outside the gate into the town to support the locals who cannot afford a license to sell in the port.

We heard local musicians there singing in their native language.

Some excellent native artwork was available.

Carnival built this. It is not authentic native culture. Yet it is very pleasant with some beautiful tropical landscaping and a private beach for the ship's guests.

Saw three senors playing one huge marimba. They were called Serena and their music was relaxing.

Again, most people never get past the port into the town. I think this town was a little further away and we had to sail early, so most of us only sat around in the port. Beautiful blue water in the harbor.
