We actually stopped in Calvi in Corsica but there was no option for this port! We went to shore on a tender and explored ourselves as knew it was just a small place and had no interest in the guided tour which explored the history!
There was quite a bus ride to get to Florence, we then went on an hour guided walk around the city followed by some free time then back on the bus to Pisa. We were there for about an hour which was enough to see the tower and walk back to the meeting point. They were both great places to see but this was a 10 hour trip and might be a bit much for some people!
There was a short bus tour before the guide walked you to the Palace to watch the changing of the guards which was followed by some free time to have lunch and look around, we were also driven to Monaco and had a walk around there too.
We visited Port Grimaud where there was a market taking place it was a beautiful place to visit. We then went on to Saint Tropez for some free time to look around although I would have been happy to stay at Port Grimaud as Saint Tropez was a bit of a disappointment!
This is one of our favourite places to visit so we did our own thing here. Just went for a walk around the harbour, had an ice cream watching the world go by! There is so much to do and see in Barcelona, if you have not been before it would be well worth jumping on a "hop on, hop off" bus for a guided tour on your own!
