Excellent ride for whale watching on a 33-ft. catamaran. Just 3 passengers and a young child. Bob was an excellent skipper, knowing where to go. Harry was an expert on whales, gave us tons of information. We saw a group of Orcas and then went to a different location to watch a Humpback for about an hour. Go some great photos.
Went into town for a few hours. Followed a park ranger around to various historical sites. The town was crowded, since three other cruise ships were docked, representing over 6,000 passengers combined. Skagway has lots of history, but is dominated by tacky souvenir and T-shirt shops.
