We did not do any excursions on this island. We walked to the beach and shopping area. It was a long walk about 15 minutes, but found many people taking the path. Plus we got to see the real island this way. We spent a couple hours enjoying the ocean on our own, then walked the back streets and enjoyed all the shopping. Working restrooms are hard to find. Then walked back to the ship early and enjoyed lunch and the deck.
We went on a fast boat that soaks you - so much fun! Then stopped at turtle cove and snorkeled for 40 min. Then boarded and sped off to honeymoon beach, a coral reef, to see sting rays and fish. We snorkeled again for 40 min. Wish we could have spent more time with the turtles. Restroom was not operational.
Beautiful island - we walked to the family beach Pelican Point. We enjoyed the water and water slide. The restrooms were close and nice. I also found the beverage station and soft serve ice cream on my way to the restroom. The outdoor showers are located next to the restroom. Then we walked by all the shops and headed back to the boat early and enjoyed the pool and aquaduck.
