Beautiful clean city. Take ferry Devonport and don't miss Kelly Tarlton's Marine Museum. Free shuttle near port on Quay St.

We enjoyed walking around the volcano (the Mount) and shopping between the beach and the boat. Sadly the water was too rough for swimming.

Neat old art deco town. Try to get a tour out into the countryside. the scenery is beautiful and their is great wine tasting and fruit farms.

Its windy. Te Pa Pa is a world class museum and the botanical gardens are nice if you take the cable car up and walk down. Exceptionally clean safe city. to good to see in 1 day.

Beautiful clean city with lots of bars and interesting waterfront. If you can, get out to Bonorong Wildlife Centre and see and touch rescued Kangeroos and see other animals (Devils).
