Went to Tropicante in Mahahual beach area. Pretty beach with lots of restaurants on beach that have beach chairs. No cost to use chairs other than buy food and or drinks at each restaurant. My husband got a massage for $25 and said it was the best one he ever has had. Vendors sell items up by restaurants. Some vendors walked up to you on beach but really didn't hound you. Overall cute town. The port seems like fun too with shopping and some restaurants and a pool.

Did Bannister island through the ship. Seemed pricey for what you received which was basically the tender over and sitting at the beach. No food or drinks included. Very pretty beach but not much to do. Lots of good shells and starfish. If weather had been nicer would have been more fun.

It was pouring when we arrived off the ship. We were supposed to go to Little French Key. Very disappointing weather. Rainy and cool. Didn't seem like it was going to let up. We decided to do a private tour through Victor Bodden. We had our own driver in a mini van for the day. It is very pretty island. there is poverty but never felt unsafe. Pretty scenery and pastel painted houses. The water looked like it could have been beautiful was all stirred up from weather. Did go see iguanas, barricudas, monkeys, turtles. Also went to a native island dance show. Ate lunch on the beach at a cute little restaurant. Ate lobster and crab which was very good and had a monkey lala which is like a milkshake! Yummy! Thought it was a beautful island. Would love to go back in nice weather.

Did The Adventure park zipline, rock climbing, and snorkeling combo. Was very fun. Kids had a blast. It was at Club Cozumel Caribe. It is a very pretty beach club. After all the activities you can stay at beach club for the afternoon. We easily found chairs on the beach. They also have a pool. Service at the restaurant was slow and we couldn't order food on the beach but had to sit at a table. It worked out fine and food was good. We then went back to the port to shop for about an hour. That is the most crowded port since there were a bunch of ships in for the day.
