My wife and sister in law said the dolphin swim encounter in Cost Maya was "ok" as they were given a only a few minutes with the animals.

In Belize City we went out on our own which seems to have been a mistake. There were many barkers and men who cat called at our wives. And there wasn't much to see on foot.

Cozumel
Mayan Ruins Rating: 2.0 out of 5+
We all went on the Tulum excursion in Cozumel which was not pleasant. The ferry ride made many people sick, the tour guide/salesperson on the bus was very interested in persuading us to make certain purchases from specific retailers , and we took a mandatory 20 minute stop at a gift shop five minutes before getting to Tulum. Once there, the ruins were cool but the best part (which redeemed the trip) was the beach. It was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. We swam until time for the bus to leave.
