We had booked the tour to the Virgin Gorda Baths but due to a storm in the north east, the tour was cancelled :( We went to a nice beach where we body surfed in the 10 ft waves - fun!
We went zip-lining with Sky Safari and it was excellent. Got an island tour on the way there and back and went flying across the tropical forest at over 1,000 ft above sea level. Definitely a rush!
We went on an eco sailing and snorkel tour and it was great - not much room on the zodiac boat but the guides were really friendly and helpful. Went to a private island - Carets - and I found a starfish on the beach! Guadeloupe is a bit too big and industrialized for my liking but it's an island in the Caribbean so it's still nice!
Barbados is always one of the best ports of call for us. We went to the beach for most of the day - the sun was HOT, the water was clear and beautiful and the people are super friendly!
