this place either is ready to explode with growth, or, never took off at all. brand new empty buildings, population of the entire area quadrupled or more just by the first fifty people off the boat. not too much here.
another caribbean sure thing. if youre thinking of buying a place here, bring your money and your friends money. rich rich. couple of places have closed down here over the past year.....
