Snorkel and beach catamaran was priced a bit high. The crew of Jamaicans were fun, and the snorkeling was very good. Did not wander past the dock area to see the rest of the island.
I hate shopping! But I do love going to St Thomas to shop 1 day a year. Go to the flea market area at the end for your typical tourist stuff. Much better deals. Visited our friend Andy at the House of Rajah jewelry store. Great people and square deals. Bought a watch for the lady's birthday. The Breitling store was staffed by some very nice gentlemen, and has a great customers lounge. The Breitling guys sent us over to Trench Town restaurant for some local flavor. 1 block behind main street. Jamaican restaurant with many locals dining. The jerk chicken and pork was outstanding! Can't wait to go back next year! A fun day of drinking shopping and eating!
Unfortunately it was the only cloudy day of our vacation. Beautiful little beach island with fun stuff to do for all. Nice shore lunch, too bad it was sketchy weather.
