This is a busy working port and therefore people are not allowed to wander around the dockside. RCI provide courtesy shuttle buses to take you from the ship to the port gate. Just outside the gate you will find plenty of taxis and drivers who are more than willing to take you around their city to show you the sites. Their prices are very good, and be prepared to "haggle" to get the best deal. Make sure you get a price BEFORE you get into the taxi!
