Port facilities built by RCCL were fantastic, 5+. Once you got outside of the port walls the actual City of Falmouth needs some serious investment. It appears that they are working on a number of facilities but it is still poor and felt "3rd world."
Red Stripe Beach was not anything like Playa Mia (Cozumel) but felt very secluded which was nice. Small swimming area, nice bar, other facilities met the minimum expectations. Staff at the beach was incredibly friendly and outgoing which was a nice touch.
We weren't aware how long the boat ride out to the sandbar was going to be so we were surprised when we were told another 25 minutes. The boat ride itself was great, very relaxing, friendly staff on board the boat.
Stingray City itself is very crowded with other boats but they do a good job keeping all passengers separated. This was a great experience that we highly recommend.
