We took a bus to the city center on the ocean, I think it was called the Malcon. There were beautiful statues and sculptures there, along with living statues. Quite unique. Lots of shopping and tequila tasting there as well. There is also a beautiful church there that can be toured. We bought a couple of original watercolors from two different street artists that are proudly displayed on our "travel wall" at home. Bus was scary but cheap. Take a taxi.
We tendered in to Cabo, which is a beautiful sea side destination. Although we didn't have a lot of time here, we shopped, enjoyed some local fare and marveled at the Arches. We definitely want to go back here, to enjoy Lover's Beach and get to know this little area better. The whales were migrating in January and we were lucky enough to see them from the ship. However, would love to take a whale watching expedition next time.
