The weather didn't cooperate so the reef was not as colourful as it could be. But the tour operator did a fine job of getting us safely from pontoon boat to semi sub and back to pontoon boat for the trip back to shore.

St. Thomas
St. John Tour Rating: 4.0 out of 5+
We took the tour through the National Park. I would have liked to know that the ferry ride was 45 minutes there and back. The tour itself was fine in a safari bus.
