The shops and such at the port are okay. There's not much on offer, but you can get your basic Bahamas souvenirs and your umbrella drinks. From the port, you can take a taxi into the Port Lucaya area, where there's more shops, and a great beach area.

Atlantis Rating: 4.0 out of 5+
We got a tour of the Atlantis property, including the aquarium, which was very fun. The resort is just incredible. It was a really fun experience to see it, although it's a bit of a ripoff that you need to pay extra to access the beach. I suppose I could have gone to the beach without passing through Atlantis though.
