In Cozumel we went to the Money Bar which was very nice-great service and good food; had a beach massage (heavenly) and did a bit of snorkeling but the wind and currents were working against us.
In Belize we booked cave tubing with VIV tours that it was fabulous! King David and the Rock were our guides and told us all about Belize's history and culture on the way to the caves. They were very proud of their country. The cave tubing itself was fantastic. Afterwards we stopped at a nearby restaurant for a local lunch and a Belizean beer. Best excursion ever!!
In Roatan we booked a tour with Victor Bodden tours. Our tour guide was friendly but we didn't really see anything of the island except some island poverty and a sad little beach. Some of our group did some zip lining and enjoyed it.
