1) The guide's English skills were not great and it was hard to understand him.
2) One member of our group required an electric wheelchair. Claudia had assured us that her vehicle and her employees could handle this - she was wrong and it created a significant delay and problems throughout the trip,
The small boat gave a great prospective to the canal and contrasted nicely with the view we got from the Coral Princess going through the Gatun locks. The guide and his narrative was excellent.
Jermaine, our guide, was very knowledgeable, very personable, and an excellent communicator. The ride to and from the activity was OK but the actual zip-lining was a blast.
