Very crowded and rushed, and a little frightening. It's best to just breathe and step back and look around before you end up getting thrown into a bus and owing $30. Just be safe and do your research!
I give this a 5+ not because of the place, but because of the overall experience provided by Captain Marvin's Watersports. They're funny, they're educational--they're great.

Oh my God. This place is BEAUTIFUL! I *HIGHLY* RECOMMEND booking through Captain Marvin's Watersports! You SERIOUSLY can't go wrong with these guys! This port is wonderful, it's beautiful, everyone's friendly, you don't feel rushed! It's absolutely a great place to visit. OH, and if you'd like to save some money, the 7 Mile Beach is a FREE BEACH and is a short taxi ride away! Not bad at all!!
