Consol Tours Excellent. I found them on Tripadvisor and booked ourselves on Consol's web page. Mini bus with 10 persons. Driver informative and amusing! Stopped at banana plantation and tasted sweetest banana. Breakfast buffet of local foods delicious. Tour through volcano, rain forest and then on speed boat to Sugar Cove for lazing on beach for an hour. Lunch on way back to ship was hot french loaves (driver picked up from local bakery), cheese and beer in the mini bus, something different but enjoyable. Highly rate Consol!
