Pier is a long way from the city. The shuttle bus was good. Needs to be more information provided by RCI on the ticketing for public transport in Melbourne. You need to pre-pay and it is $14 per adult and $7 per child. This however was a new system (In place for less than weeks) Staff at pier selling tickets and handing out maps.
