Cabo San Lucas
San Lucas is a newer town, built in a desert. Similar to Las Vegas in the sense, it pretty much was erected in an inhospitable desert over a short period of time. Fresh water is trucked or piped in. Very touristy and very expensive. The beaches are nice, but, be prepared to be smothered by people selling things. if you like culture and immersing yourself in other countries, San lucas falls short.
We booked a Dolphin excursion via Dolphin Discovery at the Marina Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo. It was a 25 minute drive, they pick you up and it was worth the money. Eco-friendly, humane, and if you plan to swim with dolphins, this is the way to go. This was fabulous. A+!
