We had planned on going on our own to "just find a nice beach and enjoy the sand and surf. Being unfamiliar with Jamaica, We were discouraged from going to a beach that was recommended by a crew member by port security, stating that there was a lot of "bandits" there.

We ended up getting on a bus with 20 other people and a bus driver that wanted to drop all of us off at a single destination. Trying to get 20 strangers to agree on one thing was next to impossible. Some wanted to go to the beach, some wanted to go shopping and others wanted to go sight seeing. The bus driver wanted to take us to where he was going to get the best kick back $$$.

We ended up at Doctors Cove Beach. Once there, we had a great time. Nice beach, nice restaurant and a decent price. About $8.00 per person plus an additional $8.00 for chairs and umbrella.

The Food was Awesome !

Definitely would go there again, With a different bus driver.

Good deals to be found at the shops.

Only regret was not being able to shop and go to some of the nicest beaches in the western Caribbean.

About $30.00 per person included beach chairs,umbrella, all the drinks and food you cared to consume. Has a pool with a swim up bar, Shopping, and Kayaks. for an additional fee, ocean floating toys, Para Sailing, Wave Runners, ATV's and Horseback Riding. Everything that you would want in one stop.

Food was Incredible and staff was very attentive.
