Try El Picoteo for delicious tapas and Sangria in th El Convento hotel. Beautiful environment! Also tale a tour of the fort.

Soualiga Destinations speed boat tour. This is not ship sponsored which makes it better off the bat. Basically you tour the island all day on a speed boat that holds a max of 12 people. It's great getting to see a little of everything, snorkeling, having a delicious lunch, and have a few laughs. Captain Bob is greatness and the marina you leave from is a 10-15 minute walk from the port. Check out Trip Advisor. Many great reviews.
