	Puerto Vallarta Rhythms of the Night Rating: Absolutely fantastic! Best Christmas I have ever had, because of this evening. Went solo and was a little nervous about what to expect as the description was brief. Could not believe how beautiful and memorable this experience was, all for $99! I would recommend doing this at night if you are a couple or solo, depending on what you are looking for. Dining at a small table on the sand next to the waves, under the moon and stars, only lit by candlelight and torches, with fantastic food and entertainment in a fantasy atmosphere- wow! The darkness made it unclear where we were in relation to PV, and as we approached Las Caletas lit only by candles and torches, the mystery began. The catamaran ride over and back was fantastic and funny, plenty of entertainment by staff.

	Cabo San Lucas Port Rating: Did the dolphin swim after my camel ride excursion was cancelled due to not enough sign-ups. Once was enough for swimming with the dolphins, but it is a not-to-be-missed experience. Anticipated and got an expensive tourist package, and was very, very cold on that day with teeth chattering, but still glad I did it. They make a ton of $$$ on the photos and video, but after you see them, you want them. Very nice facility, well run, professional, and nice to be in a small group of 8.
