Seven Sisters Waterfall tour. Excellent information supplied by our guide, Luther. Walk is rated strenuous, I would like to point out this walk can be quite hazardous when it rains, which is often as it is in a rain forest. I fell heavily on a steep descent, but was saved from disappearing off then side of the path by the quick reaction by the guide. I was not the only one to fall on the excursion.
Excellent tour to the Pitons then catarmaran back to port. Truly delightful tour with a 'swinging party' back to the port on the catamaran with a stop for snorkelling.
