Visited a favorite bar at the base of the 99 steps. Went to Magic Ice....$20 per person includes the ice carvings, a shot of rum, and a souvenir shot glass. Well worth it. Do it on your own because the ship excursion is twice that much.
Took the water taxi to Phillipsburg ($7 round trip). Walked the boardwalk, and then went to our favorite, the Blue Bitch Bar, for drinks. Planned to stay at the beach for an hour or two, but it was cloudy/rainy so we just went back to the ship.
