Columbus Beach is the best on the island but did get crowded once all the Allure passengers found their way back there, so hit the beach early. RCI serves lunch right near this beach also, so don't think you have to plunk down at the first beach you come to (Columbus is further back on the island). If the timing works out, catch the tram there and back. Watching the 5 person zipline is fun and we will ride it next time.
Not fair to say much as we only walked the shopping area close to the ship. Were able to buy a cable we needed for our new Go Pro camera at a lower price than in the states, so that was a surprise and made us very happy!
Could have used one more hour at the beach, but the beach is pristine and truly an escape. Enjoyed the boat ride there and back as the turquoise waters are so pretty. I didn't like the particular spice on all the food at lunch but other than that, this was a great excursion. It was hard for adults to get up on the inflatable water toys but maybe they were only intended for kids!
