Grand Cayman
Port Rating:
Peaceful, quiet, not rushed, polite people, excellent bargains, duty-free, tax-free, interesting local bus service to remote parts of the island, frequent & accessible, enjoyed Seven-Mile beach. Went to the local espresso coffee shop where the locals hang out for a good dining experience. Recommend this for free internet.

Cozumel
Port Rating: Not Rated
Compulsory routing of disembarking tourist through shops were locals try to hustle you to buy something. Inept entertainers standing in front of/obscuring a Christmas manger scene, busking for tips. I found this offensive. Town away from the immediate port area and security was very trashy and dangerous. Unless you're interested in an eight (8) hour tour, Cosumel is not worth going ashore for. Prices were cheaper in the Caymans.

Key West
Port Rating: Not Rated
Enjoyed the sights and sounds of Key West. Touring the Hemingway house was on my "bucket" list and I was not disappointed. Be sure to go early lest you wait for the better part of an hour in line. Tour guides sported Hemingway-like beards and were very much into the biography of this interesting person making for a meaningful tourist experience. Key lime pie at Kermit's is not to be missed. That was another "bucket" list item. Time in Key West was all too short. Would like to have been there longer. I must go back.
