We traveled from the port to Lucaya on an air conditioned bus. We were dropped off at the resort and given clear instructions on how to get back to the ship. We spent two hours on the beautiful beach, had lunch at the Resort, then shopped for another two hours. This was plenty of time. We were getting tired and wanted to get back. Buses ran every 45 minutes, so there was no long wait. The lunch at Lucaya was very ordinary and nondescript. Nothing was Bahaman or Caribbean dishes. Baked macaroni, fried chicken, salad, etc. The tables in the dining room were dirty. The staff made no effort to keep things clean.
