We did our own thing in Nassau. We walked around town, went to the Pirate museum. The Pirate Museum was a lot of fun for the kids, heck I thought it was interesting too! It was a self paced tour with some interesting readings about the Pirates and such. We visited the Straw market and bought a few souveniers. all in in a fun stop for the family.
Well, our shop got diverted to the alternate docking. This area is the industrial area, not as nice as the regular docking area. Would have had to take a cab just to get to the skyride thing at the other dock. So we just hung around the port and didn't see or do much. This was our own decision. I just didn't like the alternate port.
Again, we did our own thing. We grab a cab and rode to the French side. We walked around Marigot and did some shopping, saw the sites and had a great lunch at a little seaside cafe. Very scenic place, so much to see and do and some pretty decent shopping.
