Glad I booked with cruise line, because excursion was late coming back. Tour guide knowledgeable, but soft-spoken and heavily accented so some of the information was lost. Don't do this one if it's very hot, we went on an overcast day in November and it was perfect.
Expensive for what you get. Long transfer from Cozumel to mainland and very rough crossing on the way back. Not enough time spent at the park (park itself was very nice). Everything felt rushed. Recommend going to Xel-Ha, but not as a shore excursion
Best snorkeling of the trip and quiet option at Serenity Bay. If travelling with minors, make sure you sign waiver so they can go on and off the ship without you! Bar service available but not pushy. Food was pretty good. Loved the surprise visit from Cpt. Sparrow, great pic opportunities
