First visit to Tortola -- We took a land & sea tour. The tour guides on both the land/sea portions failed to tell us a single thing regarding the islands history. usually when I visit a new place I take tours that will provide me with a lot of information....I received nothing on this tour. I rate the island 4 but the tour 1.
