Overall no issues. Not the prettiest thing but its a port and got us on board rather quickly. Disembarkation was a disaster but due to Hurricane Sandy damage and no fault of Norwegian's.

Very nice. Right near all shopping, bars, and casinos. Lots of flavor to San Juan which you experience as soon as you get off the ship.

City Tour Rating: 5.0 out of 5+
fabulous tour takes you to the top of several mountains. 2hrs in duration. Typically charge $25 p/p but can get $20 no problem. Well worth the money to see this beautiful landscape. Didn't want to leave.
