Ship docks 5 miles from town- need taxi's both way. If shopping only you have to negotiate very pushy shopkeepers. If we had it do over again would probably find a tour.

Key West
City Trolley / Conch Train Tour Rating: 4.0 out of 5+
City Trolley(bought tickets on line) saved our Key West experience because of the short time in port 8am-12:30pm. We did get a snapshot of the town, but no time to shop, have conch fritters. Good thing ship docks right at the start of town. RC needs to make this a longer stop.
