Grand Turk, on your own, offers Margaritaville and overpriced shopping. The public beach next to the pier is OK in the morning but once passengers start coming it gets crowded and beach chairs are moved around by passengers to accommodate their own group making it difficult to walk around them and into the water. Groups tend to be loud and boisterous making it difficult to enjoy the surroundings.
