I give San Juan itself a 1..... I give the Rain Forest a 5+. Skip the dirty city and just take the tour over to the Rain Forest. You will be glad that you did!
Disappointed to find that this was really just another Private Island that Carnival owns half of. I was expecting another Port of Call, not another Beach Day so I was very disappointed. We made the best of it by getting massages on the beach and drinking a few local drinks. Skip the taxi ride to "historic downtown" b/c truthfully, there is nothing there worth spending $10.00 on a taxi to see. Even the local cab driver could find nothing of interest to point out to us on the way there.
