Freeport is an OK port...you must take either an excursion or a taxi to get into any really populated locale. But there is a new Del Sol and Cariloha right inside the port as well as a Senor Frog's. There are also some local shops for clothing and knick knacks...so you can still wander and do a little shopping...but mostly drinking and eating...we had fish tacos at Robinson's that were amazing...but be prepared to wait...they are made fresh when you order (I mean the actual breading of the fish and everything), so it takes about 20-30 minutes to get your order.
This port ended up being cancelled on this particular trip. The waves were too choppy and rough for the tender boats. Previous trips find a beautiful well-kept island perfect for a final day of relaxation.
