We were warned about Jamaica so we didn't have high expectations. Turned out to be our favorite port. We went on horseback ride and climbed Dunn River Falls through Yardie Tours which we booked through Cruises Only's Marriot Rewards web site.
Grand Cayman was gorgeous - we did stingray city plus 2 snorkel stops with Captain Marvin's tours. Wish it had been a bit less crowded when we were with the Stingrays and at Coral Gardens (the second snorkel stop.)

Kaokao Chocolate factory - less of a factory than a small production kitchen with a really neat exhibit and presentation about how the chocolate is made. Lots of samples and very reasonably priced. However, I would not recommend to families with children under 10 as there is a lot of listening and very little experiential activities during the "tour."
