In St. Thomas, we got another deal on a local tour. For 15 minutes (and speeding down the road beyond the speed limit), the tour guide never said one word. He finally made a time at the beach where let some folks out to the beach (they were unsure if he would come back). With the last time, the driver started talking with us and we were satisfied. It appeared that passengers had paid the tour guide money to see different things for the same price. My wife and I came out with the best value.
The ship docks near the beach. The beach can be pretty rocky. If you take the time and walk further, you will enjoy the beach better due to being on a sandy beach portion.
