Florence (Livorno)
Florence & Pisa Tour Rating: 2.0 out of 5+
The tour guide was hard to understand and got confused on time issues. We had to wait 45 minutes for a couple to join us back in the bus. This meant that our time in Pisa was reduced to only 25 minutes. This tour was a good way to get to both cities within our time allotment.

Dubrovnik

When we got off the ship we immediately found a taxi to take us on a 2 1/2 hour private tour of different areas of Dubrovnik, then on to Cavtat and finally dropped us off to explore the old city. We recommend taking a taxi because the driver was very informative and took us to places that a tour wouldn´t be able to go plus they are a lot less expensive. Euros can be used in most of the shops.

Taormina (Messina)
City Tour Rating: 5.0 out of 5+
We had a very nice tour of Taormina and the Greek theater which was very impressive. We were lucky to have great views of Mt. Etna. A worthwhile tour. After the tour we visited Messina, which isn't a very pretty town, but had a wonderful fresh pizza near the port.

Naples
Amalfi Coast Rating: 5+ out of 5+
A definite must see. You drive along the beautiful narrow coastal road of Amalfi. Unfortunately, we were sitting on the driver's side and pictures were hard to take, so if you are a camera buff, sit on the right side (passenger side) Our guide continued to be very imformative and funny.

Pompeii Walking Tour Rating: 5+ out of 5+
Pompeii is definitely a must to see. Our tour guide was very informative, fun and held our attention. Also had a great view of Mt. Vesuvius.

Rome (Civitavecchia)
City Tour Rating: 4.0 out of 5+
We booked the Best of Rome and it was more like a taste of Rome. We picked this tour because you got to go into the Colosseum which was worth it. We stopped at the Trevi Fountain which was very crowded with tourists and threw our coin in. We had 1/2 hour on our own to walk around or get something to eat. We choose to walk to the Pantheon and could only peak inside due to the hour. We had a quick slice of pizza (very bad) and back to our tour guide who took us to a restuarant where we had a very poor lunch. The place was geared toward many bus tours. Then we went to St. Peter's Square. We had to wait in line for almost 1 hour to see the Basilica, which was worth the wait. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, however, was difficult to keep our attention with so many facts. The tour was very fast paced with little time to take pictures.
