Easy to get to the metro, either by walking or by the 843 bus which takes you right to the metro...then take the train in 6 stops of so to get right into the middle of the Athens and it was great.
EXCELLENT one day tour we booked privately with Ramses tours and we did pyramid sites only (no shopping) because we wished to just photograph the ancient wonder still remaining. Unbelievable and a must do for anyone...absolutely great and you need to hire a driver cuz the traffic is crazy in both Alex and Cairo, not for the weak hearted and we were glad to have someone else do the honking for us!
