Pleasantly surprised with Progreso, reminded me of Nuevo Laredo of about 40 years ago, typical small Mexican town. Went to Buddy's down on the beach and enjoyed the breeze and the good margaritas and cold beer, the waiter Didier spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Had a massage next door for only $15 for 40 minutes, and it was good! Friends were kind of worried about getting off the ship here, but we felt perfectly safe in town.
