Cunard advertised this excursion to start at 7.00am and pick up at 4.00pm. It wasn't until we got into Manhattan that we were told by one person that the bus would pick us up at 3.00pm, someone else then took over and informed us that the bus would be there at 2.30pm. This cut our excursion by 90 minutes. Apparently we had to get back to the ship by 4.00pm but this was misleading by Cunard. There weren't a lot of options for getting into Manhattan other than take a taxi, the ship moored in Brooklyn, while other cruise ships were going closer to Manhattan.
