Vigo is easy to visit. The ship docks right in the centre of the city. Walk off, cross the road to the Tourist information centre. A City Tour of one hour leaves from outside.
The ship docks at an idustrial port. There are (charged for Shuttle) and also taxis outside the cruise terminal. Le Havre is a modern concrete city that is much the same as any concrete city. Honfleur is across the estuary and is a very pretty ancient town. Bus and train can be taken but Sunday has limited service.
