We booked Sunny Liston Tours and picked an island tour. Our tour guide was Elvis and he provided a lot of information about the island. The tour ended at Magen Bay Beach.
We booked an Island Tour with Glory Tours. Our tour guide was Calvin and once again we were very fortunate to have an informative and pleasant guide. The beaches of Barbados are beautiful. We saw many historical sites, lunch was provided at a local restaurant and we ended the tour at Payne Bay beach where we had several hours of beach time. We also met the owner, Sara Taylor, whom we found to be a most interesting person.
Many Cruise Critic reviewers have recommended Cosol Tours and we took their advice. For the third time we selected an Island Tour and Cosol did not disappoint. Our tour guide was Baptiste and he was exceptional with his knowledge of the island and his interaction with all of his clients. We visited the coast, the rain forest, a drive in volcano and the Pitons. In fact, included in the tour was a motor boat ride to a beach between the Pitons where we had 1.5 hours of beach time. What a glorious view! Also included in this tour was a breakfast, a lunch of warm bread and cheese and every time we stopped, the bar was open.
Cosol, the owner, was actively involved with the tour and a very interesting individual.
We selected Island Paradise Tours with Rosevelt Taylor as our tour guide. We found St. Kitts to be a hidden treasure. Most of our friends have never visited St. Kitts. Rosevelt did an excellent job of taking us around the island, visiting forts and historical buildings, explaining the medicinal value of plants and herbs and giving us some beach time. Another informative adventure.
We booked our last our with Bernard's Tours and our tour guide was David Taylor another informative and personable guide. We drove from the Dutch side to the French side. On the way, we stopped at an iguana farm. On the French side we stopped for shopping and some lunch and continued on to Orient Beach one of the prettiest beaches that I have visited for 1.5 hours of beach time. We then drove back to the Dutch side and saw the airplanes landing at Maho Beach. This was another adventure seeing the aircraft flying so close to the highway.
