Took the bus out to Doris Duke's house Rough Point, very enjoyable.

We took an Ollie's Trolley 1 hour tour up to Cadillac Mountain for the great views. Had a nice ride through Acadia National Park. Then took the Island Shuttle from the Village Green up to Jordan Pond house for lunch, make reservations, food, especially the popovers were fantastic.

Great walking port, spent the day walking around the old town, had lunch of crepes and fondue at small restaurant next to the Frontenac. Little chilly, dress warmly in October.
